I’m Mandy Taylor — a mobile sound healer, yoga guide, and certified death doula dedicated to supporting people through every phase of life with compassion, presence, and grounded care. My work is rooted in the belief that healing, transition, and connection are sacred experiences, and that everyone deserves to feel deeply held, seen, and supported, no matter where they are on their journey. I bring a unique blend of sound healing, restorative yoga, breathwork, and end-of-life support directly to individuals, families, and groups in the comfort and familiarity of their own space. Whether I’m guiding a sound bath, supporting someone through a life transition, or helping a family navigate end-of-life care, I tailor each experience to the energy, needs, and intentions of the moment. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and holistic. Through sound and vibration, I help people release stress and reconnect to their bodies. Through yoga and breathwork, I guide them back into softness, stillness, and presence. And as a death doula, I offer compassionate end-of-life guidance that honors dignity, legacy, peace, and meaningful closure. My mobile practice allows me to bring healing directly to homes, hospitals, retreat spaces, gatherings, and sacred moments wherever I am needed. My services are created with intention, designed to meet people exactly where they are, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. No two sessions are the same, because no two people or life moments are the same. I’m here to hold space with an open heart, honor the transitions that shape us, and bring healing wherever it’s needed. My mission is simple: To offer calm, connection, and compassionate support through every season, transition, and breath of life.

Step into a deeply nourishing evening designed for women to slow down, reconnect, and return to a sense of grounding.

This intimate gathering is limited to just 12 women, creating a safe and supportive space to be held, seen, and gently guided back into the body.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial lavender cacao tea, allowing the warmth of the cup to soften the edges of the day and open the heart.

From this grounded place, you’ll be guided into intention setting and reflective journaling, creating space to listen inward and reconnect with your own truth.

To close the circle, each woman will be invited to play a singing bowl, offering her own vibration into the space—an intentional moment of expression, presence, and shared energy.

You’ll then experience soul-centered aromatherapy, where scent becomes a bridge into the nervous system—helping the body settle, soften, and open.

As the afternoon unfolds, you’ll be guided into a sound bath and yoga nidra meditation, where layers of crystal bowls and grounding frequencies invite deep rest and inner stillness. The experience will be gently deepened with a shamanic drum activation, supporting release, integration, and reconnection to your inner rhythm.

This is a space where nothing is expected of you.

You don’t need to show up in any certain way.

You are simply invited to arrive as you are…
