Sound Baths, Meditation, and Yoga

My path into this work began through a deeply personal health journey.

Living with chronic pain and navigating the physical and emotional challenges that accompanied it led me to search for practices that could support my well-being in meaningful ways. Along that journey, I discovered the profound effects of meditation, yoga, breathwork, and sound. While they did not erase every challenge, they transformed the way I related to my body, my mind, and my spirit. They became a source of peace, resilience, and hope, ultimately leading me to share these practices with others.

As my practice deepened, another calling quietly emerged. For many years, I experienced vivid dreams centered around caring for those who were dying, accompanying souls at the end of life, and helping loved ones find peace through the transition of death. Those experiences inspired me to explore end-of-life care more deeply, eventually leading me to become an end-of-life (death) doula. Today, I consider it a profound honor to sit beside individuals and families during one of life's most sacred passages, offering presence, comfort, and compassionate support.

Many spiritual traditions speak of the psychopomp—a guide who accompanies souls through times of transition. While interpretations vary across cultures and beliefs, I have always felt deeply drawn to the symbolism of the psychopomp: one who walks beside another with reverence, compassion, and courage as they move from one chapter into the next. Whether supporting someone through grief, personal transformation, or the end of life, I strive to embody that same spirit of gentle presence. To me, this work is less about having answers and more about ensuring no one has to walk their journey alone.

Today, I am a certified yoga instructor, meditation guide, sound bath practitioner, energy healing facilitator, and end-of-life (death) doula. I have the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life's most meaningful moments. From those seeking rest from the busyness of everyday life to those navigating profound transformation or preparing for life's final journey, I believe every person deserves to be held with compassion, dignity, and presence.

My work weaves together yoga, meditation, sound, breathwork, mindfulness, and sacred stillness to create experiences that support relaxation, inner awareness, and emotional well-being. Many describe this work as energy healing or light work. To me, it is the practice of holding space with compassion, listening deeply, and honoring each person's innate capacity for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I believe that when people feel safe, seen, and supported, they naturally begin to reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

My role is not to change someone's path, but to walk beside them with presence, warmth, and an open heart.

Whether guiding a sound journey, leading a meditation, teaching yoga, supporting someone through life's transitions, or sitting quietly with a person at the end of life, my intention remains the same: to create a sanctuary where people can pause, breathe, and remember that they are never alone.

My hope is that every person who enters my space leaves feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
